The home itself invites you to relax, and the surrounding green hills that Cedar Valley is nestled in add to the sense of space and openness. It is the perfect choice for families, friends, couples, or co-workers traveling together who want comfort, privacy, and modern style. Each guest enjoys their own private space, while the villa also offers welcoming areas where everyone can gather. This minimalist stand-alone home sits within a fenced yard in a quiet residential neighborhood. The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in every room for added comfort.

The property accommodates up to 6 guests and requires a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, television, ample closet space, and ceiling fan. High-quality bedding ensures restful nights.

The living area is designed for relaxation with a spacious sectional sofa and a 75-inch flat screen television—perfect for movie or game nights. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, and the adjacent dining table seats six to seven guests.

For convenience, the villa offers a private office with powder room, reliable Wi-Fi plus backup service, a laundry room, and a covered patio overlooking a generous yard. Please note the property does not have a backup generator.

The location combines calm and convenience. Within a 5-minute drive you will find three supermarkets for daily needs. A 10-minute drive brings you to some of Antigua’s best dining options including Sips and Tips, Bay House, Weatherills, and The Ladder. The airport is also just 10 minutes away. To comfortably reach these amenities, a car is recommended during your stay.

Only a 5-minute walk from the villa is the Cedar Valley Golf Course, featuring 18 holes, ponds, and trails suitable for walking or jogging. You might even see me there on my afternoon walks.

The villa is subject to a cleaning fee of USD 105. For stays over 7 days, a basic cleaning fee of USD 75 also applies. Our property management team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and provides thoughtful amenities to welcome you.
