Stacia Laudat, the visionary founder of Watercrest Properties Ltd., is a distinguished leader in Antigua’s real estate sector, blending financial acumen, design expertise, and a passion for creating seamless property experiences. Stacia holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has gained valuable experience in her tenures in multiple facets of the real estate industry.

Stacia was exposed early on to the intricacies of homebuilding, both in Antigua and Ohio, as she was raised by her father, a seasoned property developer. This experience sparked her passion for architecture, leading her to study in her early education and further hone her love for design. Her appreciation for aesthetics and functionality naturally evolved into a passion for interior decorating, allowing Stacia to bring out the full potential of every space she works with.

Her warm, approachable nature fosters deep, trust-based relationships with both clients and partners in the industry. Stacia excels in collaborative efforts with real estate professionals across Antigua, ensuring that every transaction is executed with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Daryl Jackson

Director of Operations

Daryl Jackson joined Watercrest Properties Ltd. in 2020 as the Director of Operations, where he plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. With over a decade of experience in operations management, Daryl brings extensive leadership expertise across telecommunications, renewable energy, and property management.

In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer for Cable & Wireless (East Caribbean), Daryl successfully led operations across six countries, managing network operations and risk management.

His experience in operations management, leadership, and customer engagement allows Watercrest Properties to provide streamlined services. Daryl’s ability to apply practical solutions enhances the company’s operations, ensuring an improved client experience

Lorna Eustache

Property Manager

Lorna Eustache is the co-owner of Watercrest Properties Ltd., bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to the company. With a decade of experience as an Office Manager at Superior Remodeling, a construction company specializing in building homes, she honed her organizational and management skills, becoming proficient in the nuances of the real estate and construction industries.
